Most recently, I spent a fantastic summer as an AI Scientist intern at Mistral AI in the Audio team where I helped develop the Streaming and Offline transcription models in Voxtral v3. At CMU, I did some research trying to improve antidistillation sampling. Before that, I graduated with a B.E. at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, in the CS & IS department in 2025. While at BITS, I was the President of SAiDL, the AI club on campus. I also spent an amazing summer in 2024 at Rühr-Universität Bochum, as a DAAD WISE Fellow. Soon after that, I did my undergraduate thesis at Gan.AI, where I worked on Audio ML. I am grateful to have been mentored by several amazing researchers (listed here in a chronological order), Ashwin Srinivasan, Tanmay Verlekar, David Kappel, Mark Schöne, Anand Subramoney, Bharath Ramsundar, Suvrat Bhooshan, Yash Savani, Zico Kolter, and Sanchit Gandhi. I hail from a (small?) town called Jamnagar in western Gujarat.
